Simon is a true professional and life saver. He was able to fix my car 1 day before the long trip and everything works like a clock now. Also the customer service is on a high level. Now it is my go-to-place if I have any issues with my car, I'm so happy that I found it!

Came to my house, brought all necessary parts and tools, and fixed multiple problems with my car. Corey was very communicative and explained everything that was wrong, and provided an itemized bill. Highly recommend!

The owner is excellent with his customer's, he is very honest with people also. I took my car to get inspected and when he called with a minor problem he asked me what I wanted to do. He gave me prices with labor and they were very reasonable. I also took my sister's car and it had a small problem and again he called and told us what was wrong and asked what we wanted to do, but he was honest and said it's really easy to change and cheaper, he said when you fix it just bring it back and he'll check it again. So we did we picked the car up and changed the part that weekend and called to see a good-day and time to come back. He had us in there soon after and checked it over and inspected it. He has worked on and inspected a lot of our cars and like I said earlier he's the best. I also have dealt with his employees and they are very nice and helpful, very respectful. I now only go here for car and truck problems.

The team was very responsive and able to come out on a Sunday which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t exactly beneficial to us. The mechanic they sent out told us the codes for the check engine light but simply stated “something is wrong with the battery” while also providing some sort of Chat GPT diagnosis via text message. The next day I took my car in to a mechanic who discovered an issue with the coolant system. We paid $130 for an incorrect diagnosis and were quoted $200 for an oil change - all priced via Chat GPT. The business does not accept credit or debit, just Zelle or Cash App to whatever mechanic they send to your house. I appreciate the responsiveness and prompt arrival but no telling if the mechanic they send to you will actually be able to assist you with whatever your car’s issue is.

I called Mobile Mechanic Pros Virginia Beach after my 2016 Hyundai Elantra started running rough on my commute, just to see if they could even diagnose it at home. The mechanic showed up, replaced a bad ignition coil, and had everything running smoothly again pretty quickly. What stuck with me was later that night—when I mentioned it to a friend, she immediately asked for their number too. That’s usually a good sign 😊
